  11. Very good post. I am a realtor and a home owner and I can totally relate to this. This is market to buy both homes and allies  invest in allies. Market will pick up. Ppl will always need allies. Once u hlbc T4 then start stocking up. The better stock u have... The better u will sell. U never want to get in the market when prices r high

  13. Yes, if you are the type of person who can't wait, they you eat the goose that lays golden eggs. If you would rather use a credit card and pay interest so that other people make money off of you--then you probably won't be the smart person who buys an ally and makes money on his money.

  14. Great thread :) this is what I'm doing saving up to buy my 8 last lands in one shot! If more of us thought this was people would grow faster because the ally market wouldn't be as bad as it is now!

  16. Ally market is at all time great prices. Its never been a better time to buy

    Now expect 1m cs to be worth about 30b

    If you are small time trader, buy
    5b ally with min 150-200k cs
    1b ally with min 250-350k cs
    500m all for 175-250k cs

    Always buy low. That's now.

  17. The best price range to buy in now has to be 50-100 bil aka the t4 converting range because of the price cut! Active players are able to convert 1 maybe 2 lands a day.
