Well from experience if you don't have someone keeping everyone focused on important targets, and hitting as a group then it eliminates the trackers effectivness. This is because if you don't have all hitting repins then you miss most. Also just a tip, attacking repins is always good, but wasting spies on low plunder targets or 0 plunder ones just wastes spies you will need for high wr targets.
