The more people in the clan with the item. The rarer the drop. Hence I can't get greaves to save my life. Drops are completely random. Devs tell you higher activity levels and xtalswill get u increased drop rate cuz they want xtal money. Truth is I only actively tried for 4 of my equips. The rest just came. Trick is to strike while the iron is hot. After that it's much harder.
Cynder, that's what the devs told us when we complained about a lack of drops, then when I pointed out a lack of pots dropping they went dead silent.
Nobody, it depends on the clan you're in. Come to NWoSS and do an FOD with us. I guarantee you get jack squat for pots, hammer, bars. Only thing dropping is inferno and aqua.
Hypothetical situation... OP: "When will the devs admit they killed the frequency of drops in EB?" Devs: "We did." OP: "Well.............that's MESSED UP devs." Devs: "OK." ......and life carries on.
I can see what op is saying tho I have had over 1000 actions on a fod unlock and got 3 Inferno , there was no drop of any bars or equipment or aqua only drop was 2 people getting inferno never mind I didn't get any pots from the epic battle either
The reason why it looks like the chance goes down is because your doing the eb while in a clan where the majority of members have the item already.
Accidentally sent and can't edit. But as I was saying, when you have more people with the equipment, it won't drop as much. The drop rate is a constant, but due to the fewer amount of clan members missing the item, the less of a chance it will drop. This is to prevent the abuse of a guaranteed drop for a person if everybody else in the clan has the equipment.
Well i am personally making a stand against "the devs" and not purchasing another xtall pack from them, im tired of being the most active in eb's and not getting jack ****, people with 25 actions tend to get drops- now random or not i will become one of those barely innactive people and "the devs" can kiss my money good bye!!!!
What was weird is I never got an aqua drop until a few weeks ago. That was after I feedbacked the Devs asking if my acct was bugged cuz I never got a single aqua drop. I got 6 aqua the next day *steps aside and lets conspiracy theories swirl*
I have noticed aqua drops are almost as rare as the summer tourney equipment. Rather frustrating TBH
Soupnazi, you're supposed to receive bronze / hammers in that case. And what about the lack of pot Blizzard / Amnesia drops?
Since 8 MONTHS NO AQUA DROPS!!! This REALLY kills the fun of this game >…< I just bought in the past xstals to can buy aqua once for upgrade my cloak and exo but on exo that First upgrade also failed, wth think devs are we? That everyone wons in the lottery? Kaw just saw my last money... Will never buy again something until this is fixed...
Drops have definitely changed I have many of the equipment and if no drop then I used I get bars and I haven't seen a bronze bar in months. So what's really going on. Someone had posted on another thread like this that creating a new clan and doing the ebs made it so more drops came. So is it a plot against long established clans ????
