Red Dead Redemption. Far Away, Deadmans Gun, and Compass are amazing, as well as Bury Me Not on the Lone Prairie. You can't tell me you don't feel the emotion where those songs are placed. This might be cheating, but the Batman Arkham City album with music inspired by the game is great. The Walking Dead games have amazing scores. Especially "Alive Inside". As somebody else said, Bethesda soundtracks are great. Especially New Vegas. Anything by Nick Arundel is great. And Hans Zimmer. One that is especially dear to my heart is the Uncharted Theme, especially the Drakes Deception version. Amazing.
No :T Mystery Dungeon was a great spin off though. It's *Calling to the night, great song. MGSV "Here's to you" is the feel bomb. Love the MGS series, I wonder whats going to happen to it now that Kojima was dropped?
Dragons Dogma soundtrack. I will be the first to admit it isn't the greatest, but the choice of when they play is what makes that game. If you made a big mistake in fighting a boss, the game made you feel it emotionally.
Zelda's main theme has always been one of my favorites, Pokemon red and blue's pallet town song, original lavender town song
Anything from Banjo-Kazooie instantly brings me back to being a kid playing it, Golden Sun and Tales of Symphonia had great soundtracks too
Riot recently commissioned some music artists to remix songs int their new album of "Warsongs" which is really fun to listen to while in a game. Nice remixes, very intense.
Ace combat series always had some good tracks. Agnus Dei from the 4th was the best. Twisted metal despite its..... "Flaws" had a rockin soundtrack. The Ty the Tasmanian tiger games had some soothing tracks. And of course MGSR had a beast sound track. Namely of course RULES OF NATURE. Now that is a track to just start blowing stuff up to. But by far my favorite soundtrack is from Metroid prime. A near perfect game. With a prefect sound track. And it had a rocken selection of metal remixes by Stemage.
