Only downside I can think of is that most clans don't war. Nonetheless, it would be interesting for clans to randomly receive war requests. I think that there should be an option for a clan to randomly declare war on another clan of the same size.

I agree with worm, imagine this: you wil see to rival clan and make agreement that one day you will hit their osf and another day will do same them..... easy exploid and clans will do many alliances after this....

 

btw for clans with many subs isn't problem just move ppl from one to another to get very similar LB in both clans
