Blackbird, it's not about wanting to, or not wanting to, it's about alot more then that. I know many great players who would turn the the chance to share their fruit of knowledge with the kaw community, prevent anarchy from overwhelming peaceful, and hatred consuming the good. The point i'm trying to make is it's very difficult to say for certain what someone wants on any topic unless they have submitted or acknowledged that piece as factual infromation. Every single mod I've actually talked to about what they do said it's way more challenging and time consuming then they anticipated. Now since you brought me up, I will shed some light. If the devs were to feedback me right now requesting the honour of becoming a mod what would I say? I would probably say yes. If I played this game for months and months and was never asked to become mod what would I do? Would I go on a rage and vow to destroy this game? Would I delete the app never to return? Would I stop helping people? No, of course not. Although I think it would be a great honour to be asked to moderate, regardless of my response, I don't care if I ever become I mod. I help people not so I can become a mod, but because it's right. I even helped people before I knew their were moderators (though my knowledge was limited). How many new players do you see try so hard to answer question and help others out, only to be told not to try and become mod? What is their next action? Usually these people tend to stop helping people. Why? They did not care at all for luxurious feeling you get for unchaining the shackles of someone to save them from their distress, ignorance or lack of understanding. They decided to help people simply for the fame, glory and honour becoming a moderator would give them. They were following a false god, being led like sheep. They were ignorant on the true reason there are moderators: to be altruistic, loyal and rational to the kaw community and the developers to make the game more fun and safe. You should help people regardless of if you get any recognition for your generousity, even if the person doesn't thank you, or notice your gift, feel happy that you did the right thing. That is all I have to say on this topic, if you did not ubderstand my metaphors then just ignore them. Cowlegend999
And yes, I would like to become mod and would accept an offer but I won't throw a hissyfit and spam feedback if I don't become a mod i just love to help people better play the game
I did find it funny seeing klopple answer like 6 easy questions then seeing 5 threads "KLOPPLED FOR MOD" if there's a new mod, my vote would be cow, even if I could vote for myself, Cow is very Smarticle
Thanks black, an yes klopple was funny. I left 10 hard questions (well some were hard) in his questions thread and he reset got a name change and gave up trying to be a mod. I lol'd
Benny: Most funloving, and friendly. I love him. TMH: A good friend, but I don't know him too much. Corinthian: Was my best mod friend, know him best until he went inactive. KA: Dont like too much
Lol I should create a thread with the 50 hardest questions I can think of, and whoever gets the most right wins!! Idk what I could give to motivate people to want to win it but who knows, outdoor could spend 5 hours answering them all
Ok how's this for an idea. I will ask between 50-100 questions for the kaw community to answer. Once they are all answered I will compile all the answers and questions together into a single thread called FAQ, place it in the questions/feedback section, hope for a sticky and everyone who contributed knows they helped (if it does get stickied). I know it would get rid of 90% of the questions lol (if people weren't lazy and actually tried searching for an answer.. lol would be nice if many people would join in the fun though, plus I'd need time to draft the questions (tommorow maybe)
