How stupid can people be? This image is trash. It says "all these things have been found in hot dogs". It doesn't mean all hot dogs have plastic and diarrhea in them. I'm sure most hot dogs don't have this stuff. If I took a dump in some chicken noodle soup does that mean all chicken noodle soup has my steaming in it?
