bad observation, actually. the supreme court doesn't make laws, congress does. it doesn't enforce our laws, the executive branch does. what it does do is provide a final say on how laws are interpreted by lower courts. the power of "judicial review" (which marshall basically made up in a sort of power grab), allows the supreme court to strike down laws it deems unconstitutional, but not to create or enforce them. "John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!" - andy jackson so...no. bad snoopy. no beggin strips.
