Upcoming War Changes

  1. Everything in the STRATEGY section is complete trash, I didn't like a single change.

    Quest lock.
    This might be the only decent one. I like the fact they can't self pin, but it keeps you open.

    The other thing I HATED, was the whole thing about hitting 0%. Why lose plunder? Also, you can't HIT until 50%?!?! You'll be a wide open target 24/7! That sucks!!

    All the other changes look AWESOME!! The weekend system plus clan bonus levels sound AWESOME! I can't wait!! Is there any ETA Any of this will be changed?!

  5. NightHawk, that's exactly why we are giving FEEDBACK. They want to hear the FEEDBACK.

  7. this is a great idea, but wouldn't is be a flaw if say, i got pinned and lost all my troops, i regened and got hit again, wouldnt i loose more of my war plunder that way? or has that been accounted for?
     
  8. @bob you can get attacked or attack once your at 0 troops until your 50% troops.
     
  9. Some of this is pretty cool should make for some interesting upcoming wars.
     
  10. Night hawk, they asked for feedback. If they think they will get all good feedback, then they are stupid. They know and accept that we will find problems. It's why they asked for feedback.

    P.S. that's not a rant :rant:
     
  11. Total support for game mechanic change in regard to wars. One thing I'd like to see disappear is the "DEFENDER TOO WEAK" pop-up message. War is war I wanna see slaughters.

  14. attack builds are just too impatient, once a spy sleeps your the most vulnerable of all builds. so if theres no DTW message and attack builds can just constantly hit where infinate plunder?
     
  15. I'm really excited for that achievement. It'll make clans more valuable.

    I highly support everything but the strategy section.

    Question: If Clan A were to war and got Clan B as their challengers. Clan A wins and gets the bonus in drops/plunder. If somebody who wasn't in Clan A joins, would they get more plunder/better drop rate? I guess the question is, is it a CLAN achievement, or a SELF achievement? I think it should be a SELF achievement... If you participate and win, you get it.

    why don't we make osws measurable too. the war can last 24 hrs and the winner gets some plunder as well as idiotic gifts which will expire in a week. No hitting other clans unless you have declared an osw on them

    Also I like this new player pin system. Anybody hear the money flowing into ata's pockets from all those xtal purchases?

    IATA. Ruining the game 1 step at a time. As the old saying goes, Rome didn't fall in just a day
     
  17. I think all of it sounds reasonable except losing plunder when you're hit to 0 troops. A bunch a crap stat players could continuously hit an lb player to 0 and never do any real damage other than keeping the lb player occupied. They get rewarded for burning troops on failed hits and the lb player gets punished for defensive wins cause troop levels hit 0
     
  18. Interesting! A few problems arise: the 20 players rule is pretty scaring! I think a beta test is needed! But this change look promising! Great job!

  20. I agree with slayer and greatness. I actually don't support any of these ideas. But, even if the devs ask for our feedback I doubt they'll listen to it. They'll just go along with whatever gets them the most money
