So I have been whining on forum last few days...and that has bugged me as I asked myself "What the F do you want". I'm not and HTE hater. I spend money on KAW. Yet I have a monster bug up my butt...( literally??) No not litterally. - I don't like drops, - I don't like this event - I don't like the fact equipment is now given out this way. Why drops, drops are even bad on HTE, unless you use Xtals, chest & seals. In addition you spend nobs to open Aqua caches. Why event: I have spent money and I'm on track to come up short of goal, 2000, and will end up with 1500 jewels. So that means more money. It's one of those well in for a penny in for a pound (anger building *daft punk on background*) moment where....maybe if I knew to begin with I never would have tried. More on point let's say I go for it, next week are you going to have a similar event with some new shinny shinny thingy I want. It took me a while to get my armor, now it buyers choice. If it's buyers choice "SHOW ME THE MENU" so I can decide what I want to buy. No more long nights or happy hour cocktails for the Thinkingape employees....been a cold winter in Canada but I just cannot afford the craziness you have created. Why equipment, basically answered above, no idea what is next, what to focus on and how to spend money if every other week you'll have a new event. Oh these are the good gauntlets, oh wait, no they stink you should have got the last set four weeks ago. KILL ME NOW... Also Thinkingape now and again I'm in Toronto usually around Bay Street....no drinking until my next visit. Just kidding...about looking you up next time I'm in Canada, not the drinking So in summary drops, event and releasing equipment blindy ALL sucks here hence me whining. Um actually it should. Devs want you to spend money on the game...if reg haunt gsve same gems as hte everybody would be hitting free haunt and not buying seals for hte...NEVER GONNA HAPPEN!

VMA...spending x amount of money does not guarantee you getting what you want. It was never advertised as being that so im afraid your complaint doesnt hold much weight. This promo is dead funny really. Every man and his dog complaining about the old top 100, top 1000 etc promo approach because it was unfair, yet now there are stated reward tiers, because not everyone can reach their goal, thats unfair too!? What exactly are the devs supposed to do with this feedback!? People will only be happy if the best stuff is literally given away. Its so stupid. For the record I have 250 jewels and am nowhere close to my target of 2000. Im getting an idea of how much cash I would need to spend to get to 2000, and you know what, im not interested. Thats it, no tears, no endless rehashed complaints, im just not taking part. Oh btw. Ferrari as a model on here? You are forgetting that everyone on here invests time. That time has a value and a role in building the community. Everyone has the same actions. Everyone has the same build options. Spend more and get more gold. Fine we all get that. That's a player choice. Force people to do hte to get the top prizes is like trying to say everyone has to buy a ferrari or they cannot drive. Go buy a ford. And don't forget. The top 100 whatever won't be paying a set price every Ferrari will be auctioned off. And the highest 100 get Ferrari's whilst the best who bid upon a Ferrari get Honda. For the inflated price of course. Everyone has different budgets. Every player in kaws more successful days could get the best equipment. All they had to do was hit a free to play eb enough times. Now it's pay for equipment. And the devs are reviewing this. So your argument is pointless. Just hoping the next event brings back players and the desire to spend, rather than as you yourself admit. You cannot see the point in chasing the equipment. So why spend ?
Glad to make a few ppl laugh I hear you about there no guarantee to get items or make top 10 or 100. And yes I'm a little bitter because last event missed top 100 by 50 items , I had like 3030 cut off was 3080, loser!! Epic fail WHATEV's I tried, U FAILED, yes and failed...but I thought banner was worth it as....hey banner are pretty rare. tell them about guy cutting you to seal w/ 50mins left....no no no no need these are the humble ppl of KAW. So yeah, spent a ton and came up short but now two or three weeks later, more equipment, and look'ie look'ie here more banners. This is a free game, I get that, and for some that's great, but if you're paying and trying to stay with pack it has to be reasonable. KAW real life inflation is worse then the Ally market, I'm fine with Ally market inflation just not real life. Why pay huge premium if items not even rare...Also why pay at ALL if you're never part of the pack. The idea is to try and get the average KAW player to go from no money to just a little money with these events.

I managed to make it to the second reward tier, My lil ally on the 3rd tier an not one xtals used lol can't say the same for me But no complaints here When no drops happen for me I try another combination of taps Try one hit every 5mins, 1troop 1spy maximizing plunder which is a scaling up value Unloading simulates an scaling down value Thus rewards less Max xtaling endures 6 hits from 100% an every other point in the bar Events is where the skimming pays off an only when not inconjunction with osw

This is what I don't understand. People are willing to complain about HTE all day everyday but many don't seem willing to put in any effort to organize themselves in such a way that they could do well in the event. It's very possible to obtain good rewards without paying - I'm doing it on my alt right now.
@lol if your logic is that The only reason KaW is alive because of these events then how come it made it to 5 years? I know before we didn't have These events and before that we didn't have HTE and OMG before HTE there wasn't any Ebs which was the point when you could start unloading crystals so easily before that point people didn't really max out on crystals so please stop being so ignorant and honestly HTE still gives 3x the plunder so wouldn't that also be a bonus to do HTE? A player camping haunts to be able to compete would still suffer a huge lose compared to one who just hits HTEs
