Do you really think the government is going to sift through 75 million people's search history. It will be key word linked and site linked. Known suspects will have their history pulled. Unless you are searching for criminal data, then there should be nothing to fear. I have and always will treat the Internet as a postcard. Anything you put on it can be seen by the 'postman'. If it prevents terror attacks here or abroad, if it helps stop the lowest forms of criminals preying on and abusing others. It's well worth the loss of a perceived freedom. A freedom that didnt even exist a few decades ago. And we were fine without those perceived freedoms then. Maybe it's just about choosing which battles are worth fighting.
