They're not even in the same ball park. Boxing is way worse. How do you think they get records like 49-0? Or the guys that have over 100 fights, and only a couple wins? You don't see that in the ufc, because Dana is concerned about a good fight over a fighters record.

I don't think you know what you are talking about. Yes, Dana cares about money. Know what brings in money? Good fights, not rigging fighting records. Why do you think boxing is dying? As long as Dana continues to provide the fights people want, UFC will continue to grow and everyone is happy.
At the end of the day, aside from all valid and invalid statements and arguments made here and elsewhere, Ronda got her ticket punched....hard. No matter how "bad ass" you think you are, there's always someone better. Well maybe except for "Money" May . It was an entertaining fight. Happy KAW'ing ️
Holly's bread and butter was also that she was a kick boxer before she became a decorated boxer. When she came into mma she had the feet hands all she had to do was focus on her ground game. Holly has just set the bar even higher and I think she will be holding on to that belt for a while. Greg Jackson MMA out of New Mexico is her coach he also is Jon Jones coach. She applied what the coaches wanted I saw the same leg kicks Jones would apply and she is now the new champ. Crazy CraZy Fight
I have loved Jon Jones since his first fight. He is amazing and to work with the same coach he works with is a HUGE benefit. Ronda; everyone is complaining about how she stayed on her feet. That is because she isn't scared to take on a challenge. She knew Holly was going to box, so she did the same. They went at it and Holly proved to be better on her feet. Now if Ronda gets a rematch, she will be taking her to the ground and trying to end the fight quick to prove that she can still do that.
There are tons of fights where you can say someone would have lost if it was a pure striking fight. Especially when the UFC first started and Royce Gracie was fighting people 3-4x his own weight. The point is it's called MMA for a reason. If it were pure standup it would be called.......
