On the note of it being illegal etc, yes, it IS illegal, am however so is speeding, so is drink driving and a huge host of other activities breached daily by millions of people in the states, why is it when it's immigration everyone suddenly jumps on the worst punishment as a starter without thinking in context to the situation.


Someone speeding by 10kph to get their pregnant and in labour wife to hospital will probably just be given a warning, why? It's still illegal.

You can't really just give a warning to someone illegally living in the country, you have to deport them. As for drink driving and all that other stuff I am as against it as much as illegal immigrants. It causes deaths.

 

Out of all those people that have illegally immigrated, one of them could have the potential to be their countries Martin Luther King.

V I agree with you, my point was merely why does everyone jump on the most serious punishment straight away? It should be universal. Instead they get thrown out, even though they may have never harmed anyone, integrated perfectly into society and been a valuable member of the community.

You should see if people have valuable contributions to make to society before showing them the door.
