I invite all players, regardless of where they are from to celebrate this American holiday, though, it may not appeal to them, because it is not their country. There are other celebrations for veterans in other countries. But today is when the US honors its veterans. You understand?

I can understand totally why willy as an American posted this thread in this manner. Sunday past was our Remembrance Day and we now celebrate and honour service personal today also. My respect to our American allies that have served and fallen alongside our own personnel. My total respect and thanks to all forces past and present that fought for the life we have today. Please keep this thread dignified out of respect.
United States ARMY. I was a 54b Chemical Ops Specialist with the 272 Chemical Corps. We were a detachment of the 10'th Mountain Division. Enlisted from 1995-2005. Two tours. One in Iraq, one in Afghanistan.

Willy this day nov 11th is day of national remembrance in a lot of counties, yes America has chosen to remember it's fallen and those who served today but your not alone in that. Canada UK France Belgium Australia and New Zealand all mark this day for the same basic cause it was armistice day for everyone until the name was changed. So yes remember and be thankful for the veterans of your country today and hopefully everyday, but also remember in almost every country where American graves rest , there are friends resting in their graves near by.
Respect to the veterans on this day both in the past and those currently serving. 3/4 of my family has served in each branch.
