It's not about the number of unloads though. People are putting too much stock in "X number of bars". Crystals are more than a simple unload in EE. They are a strategy. They can drive your enemyy to KO and keep them there. An extra crystal is a much bigger advantage than having 4-7 extra players. They are game changers if managed right. it's really about which clan gets the last one in, isn't it? with an extra, that's easy.
Extra xtals is just an excellent opportunity for the devs to try to make things fairer however makes them some money. In their view it'll be a win win
