PROLOGUE TO "AWAKE" Centuries ago... When all seemed lost, and the world was engulfed in turmoil. Every nation fought for it's right to stay independent, alliances were made and broken. Even the greater nations were at their limits, did a powerful being arise to end the quarrelling nations. Once the world was finally at peace did this being disappear. Shrines were erected in honor of the end of the great world war... and legend has it that one shrine holds this being if ever it was needed once more.
Actually I think I might make a different book one with a lot more interesting stuff in it I'll look for inspiration all day everyday untill I finally figure it out
Not sure. My writing style differitiates from yours. So I am not sure. What is your style, or approach to writing? Sci-fi, romance, sporty, comedy?
My style, which I hope you could see is sci-fi. War. Basically. And I am nor sure how long you have been playing, but I've tried many ways to capture the attention of the reader. I advise you to try your own way first. And if you are still stuck ask any of the writers that post here. Irin, zaln, seth, conq, and many others are great writers. They can surely help you... Since you like comedy, sci-fi, and action... Maybe a revenge based story setting in the future or a different planet. Where your main character has suffered greatly, but has always had a friend to cheer him up. But his friend is either killed or kidnapped. Start the story setting before the incedent and work your way to the problem, and enventually the resolution of the hero's or villians demise. An epic or regular story. Your choice
