I've decided to rewrite my unfinished story, "The Story of Icarus" New title, new characters, etcetera. This is all I've written so far, and is about a quarter of the length I want chapter 1 to be. Chapter 1 Icarus woke up, and wearily opened his crusty eyes. The morning felt cold and unforgiving, so he decided to stay in bed a few more minutes. Thirty minutes later, he jumped out of bed to his emergency alarm. "Thank the heavens.." he muttered to himself as he stumbled across the hallway to turn his shower on, wiping the sleep from his eyes. Five minutes later he woke up due to the fact that his body had begun to sweat, and the steam of the shower was creating a thin layer of water over his body. Icarus, after taking his overly long shower, threw on some clothes, grabbed his backpack, then ran downstairs. Icarus ate some blueberry bread as he grabbed a pair of shoes, then yelled goodbye to his family with a mouthful of breakfast. He ran out the door, hopping to immerse his feet in his shoes. Once fully clothed, he started jogging to school as fast as he could, yet pacing himself. (Will add description of Icarus here.)
Not bad. Kinda confusing, him falling asleep 3 times. I'm mad. My student office membership trial just ran out of time, so now I can't write and I have to pay up the ass for it.
Yeah. I felt it was a little, HERE THERE WAIT WHAT HERE ZOOM GAHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Don't worry I've wrote many stories like that. :3 Btw check out my new hunger games story "may the odds be ever in your favor".
Incredibly brief so far, Smighter. It has a decent balance of description, but your action is kinda scattered. X, y, z, bam! Kind of like marshmallows being thrown at you in quick succession.
Going snowboarding yet again tomorrow for around 5 hours before the season ends. That makes 3 snowboarding days from my first day ever out on the slopes (skiing or snowboarding) all within 25 days or so! Boom.
Got new meds yesterday. I was hyper and jittery all day, my heart was racing, and I've been awake for the past 19 hours or so.... >.> Considering it's 1am and I have a rather large CMT tomorrow, as well as band and jazz band - which meets at 6:30...I don't see a very good day coming. Ugh.
