The thing was really stupid. It was made for sock puppets, and the whole school watches it on TV. It can't be longer than 3 or 4 minutes.
If you don't believe in it, it can't hurt you... Try just writing random plot twists down on paper. What you randomly write may sound like **** but it really gets your creative juices going. You don't have to use them.

No, try semi annually, like every 3 months. That'll give people time to finish their old stories and start new ones.
So, seasonally? Probably the best choice. With school started, it can be hard to manage it. Next time will probably be around the Christmas break, so It will be easier for everyone.
