"Oh him? Just a sec." Star reachs into his pocket and grabs a round disc. Suddenly, a blue hologram of the lizard appears from it.
Star searches himself quickly. "The one day I forgot my gun and saber! Hm... Death by throw, electrocution or choking?" He comments.
Irin tilts her head and looks at the disk and the lizard. "Um...hello?" Irin was confused by it. She had just gotten used to the cell phones humans used and had no idea what the make of this. "15 minutes can save you 15% or more in car insurance." Said the Disc image. "Ummm...okay?"
"Talk. It's like a live conversation." Star remembered she wasn't from this world, and had no idea how long she had been here.
Lightning would be slow and painful... Choke would be quick and less painful... Throw would be inbetween... "Desicions, decicions..." He laughed to Jerad.
"How does it work? I believe there is a special camera that captures a 3-D image of you, which is projected to the other end(s). It also sends sound." He explains
Irin nodded then tried talking to the Lizard. "So...um...lizard...can you get me insurance for this place?" "Well first, I'm not a lizard. I'm a gecko." "Oh." "And second, no." "Why not?" "Id have to be insane to insure this place." Then the image disapeared. Irin sighed. "Hes right."
"I should also mention that while they do not appear, there is a full room of people on the other end." He says. "If you think this is amazing, imagine a live, scale version of an entire battlefield!"
"Really? That would be great for strategizing! We just have scouts that report. Though they can turn into birds and fly around." Irin said. She was a little disapointed about the insurance. But who needs insurance when you have magic?
"Well, first you would need to have 3 orbital cameras to get the image." He tells her, "It's like a really fancy GPS."
"Yes. All of these images, called holograms, are the result of multiple cameras creating a 3 dimensional image." -Out- To be honest, I don't know if that's how it actually works. I'm just using previous real-world knowledge. -In-

"Now, where were we?" He said, picking up the disc. "Oh right, Jerad." He looked to the figure still laying on the floor and used the force to lift him from the ground helplessly.
"Maybe we should put him in the broom closet untill he wakes up. Then figure out what to do with him. after we tie him up, of course." Irin said.
