Hate will always be a strong word for me. Whenever I say it for something I dislike (or someone) I immediately take it back… it just sounds so distasteful coming out of my mouth.
Use your hate as a motivation and start weight training. Hate is probably thr best motivation you can get. This way you'll be physically strong and tough, and you won't do something you regret.
