    Offending this law and using information and or sending this information makes you liable to up to 20 years in jail and a fine of up to $250,000.

  18. It doesnt take creativity all you really have to do is alter a well known charecter and tweak it so much no one will recognize it. Like take darth vader give him a suit of menacing looking armor and a sword but keep the personality and boom! You just made a charecter
