I was just looking about as you do and stumbled across the 3 amigos sat in the clan obviously inactive and I would imagine cost that clan the war why don't DEVS clean up the war clans after wars and ban these idiots????
I flagged the clan to the support team - they wiped the clan page of the multitude of bypasses and from what I can see now, the players you speak of are no longer in the clan. Players that leak in wars and ruin the enjoyment is ultimately rubbish. Your best case is to email support@athinkingape.com with any evidence you have of persistent issues with certain players in wars and they'll have a look to see if there's anything they can do!
