Ok...I get it. "Why let others to have nukes??? We should be the only ones who have them!!!". Did I translated correctly?
Oh yes of course, because the USA isn't being at all intrusive by maintaining almost 1000 overseas military bases, or by deploying forces in various regions of great significance for combat, whilst simultaneously keeping the lesser allies in line and struggling desperately to box the Chinese in. Maybe it's time they realised that chaos theory has failed, and that the Pacific is being bypassed completely.
Hey it's Lycan. 1234 I declare a thumb war. The battle for Africa is on Lycan. Obama vs China. --------------------------------------------------------------- Iran nuclear deal hearings have been on C-SPAN3 for the past week.
Diplomacy takes courage. Trying to create peace with people who otherwise would be your enemy necessitates accepting some level of vulnerability. We accept this risk because a world full of enemies robs future generations, here in the US and in Iran and everywhere else, of the freedom and prosperity that peace can bring.
The biggest issue I have with the concept of the deal is the nations involved lift their sanctions. This will free up hundreds of billions of dollars to them. The fact that they openly call for the destruction of US,UK,Israel, etc. And they are a huge sponsor of terror organizations, is the issue here. They don't need a nuke to be an issue, they can just give billions to terror groups and they can cause massive harm to the western world.
To the people bringing up various terror groups. Possibly the biggest single threat to the region now is the so called Islamic state. A group which the Iranian government has opposed and fought since its inception. Is it the best deal for America ? Possibly not but it's the best deal that a lot of very talented people could work out.
Turkey claims to be fighting the Islamic state as well, are they? Or are they just going after Kurds. More specifically the PKK. Iran is using the fight against ISIL to gain influence in Iraq, but the Saudis opened up another front in Yemen. Houthi rebels are backed by Iran. So that makes 3 active proxy wars Iran is involved in, when you include Syria. It's almost like I'm watching the Persian and Ottoman Empires try to resurrect. Doing away with the British mandates of last century, but the Gulf States are fairly powerful now. So it is one heck of a struggle. I think the best we can hope for as Americans, is a withdraw of military "aid" to the region. The active use of our military. I doubt we will ever stop selling weapons, so technically we will always have enemies in the region. It's doesn't matter who is firing the missiles or shooting the guns. If it's made in America, we have enemies. Our current president has armed the Middle East. Arms deals have never been better to the region. Those weapons will be around a long time. With this deal, if we follow through with it. We put all future control of the situation in the hands of foreign leaderships. Leadership who may, or may not agree with our foreign policy. Without it we run the risk of direct military confrontation, or a possible nuclear arms race in the region. I feel they could be real "risk", not unavoidable outcomes. I will always support better relationships between the people. I try not to hold the people responsible for the direction their leadership takes them. They only know what they are being taught. So I still look forward to interacting with Iranians on a friendly level. If that doesn't happen, in my eyes this is all a fail.
Then Obama wouldn't be in office and we wouldn't be in a bad situation like we are in right now..I'm sorry but if Iran gets any stronger I don't think Obama will be the wisest person to have negotiate
Yeah I'm pretty much a beast. Hollywood actors are telling us if we don't take the deal. We all will die in a horrible war with Iran. Some washed up actors and comedians. I'm not making it up. I think we are ready for the big one in Cali, the drought isn't working fast enough.
