The Proper Role-Play

  1. I see charred black ground. "We've found it..." I mumble quietly.

  2. I see it as well and fall silent, it looking very much like my town's ashes.. "Dropping anchor." I say, dropping a lever.

  3. I jump down onto the anchor as it lowers. It looks the same.... Maybe it'll be up and running?

  4. I sigh and slowly climb down a ladder, inspecting the ashes.

  5. I jump off and run into the town, frowning slightly but I run to a small death scented cottage type house. "A...anyone here?" I murmur.

  6. I run towards you, eyes looking for any abnormal source of movement. "You have any idea where...?"

  7. I ignore Smighter and opens the suck door, noticing it's the only house left unburnt.

  8. I follow you in quietly, making sure not to make much sound.

  9. "They're still here..." there is a fully intact body on the wall, the Assassin's curse around it and one in the floor, the same symbol. I fall to the ground beside the body on the floor.

  10. I kneel behind you, taking in the bodies. I walk forward a little bit, inspecting them. Then I look back at you. I keep doing this, confused.

  11. I stare at the floor, seeing the marks in the body's throat. "Dad..." my voice cracks and I start to sob.

  12. I slowly look back at you and slowly say.. "Are you SURE these are your parents..? They... This one.. Look for yourself." I say, pointing to a little bit of something, not bone, blood, nor muscle, sticking out of your mothers throat.

  13. I point to the Assassin's Curse surrounding her. "I'm quite sure!" I stand up and grabs a jar of deep purple and I open it seeing the mixture still together and shows it to you "Still sure."

  14. I put it down then walks to the body on the wall and looks at the arrow thru where her stomach would be. "Still very sure." I look away and goes to the body on the floor actually feeling the clawed marks "Yes. I'm positive." I murmur softly.

  15. I grab the thing in your mother's throat and pull it out, revealing it was some straw. I raise one eyebrow and look at you.

  16. "What else would he draw it with?" I ask and step out of the death shack and sit out side it.

  17. I mumble to myself, "His fingers? Straw is too flimsy..." I see a small hole in your mothers throat filled with straw. I look at your dad's and see none. Not willing to check and see if there's any in his, I whisper to you. "Either your mother is buried or she's alive and we-" I stop. "TO THE SHIP, NOW!" I bellow, full on charging to the ship.

  18. I watch as you run past and I stabs there staring at something in the forest, stuck in a trance.

  19. I run back to you and look straight in your eyes. "Your mother is alive and well. I know where she is." I pick you up, running once again to the ship.
