  12. Would it be correct saying that a PS is no longer a PS if there's an attack building in that kingdom? Or are people really being serious with this PS1 thing?

Not knowing when it happened but a "hansel" was originally 25% attk bldgs the rest spy, the "ps1" you now speak of used to be an osf with his/her attk bldg up and would "drop" the attk bldg to "open" so the hansel I know has 5 attk on each set of complete lands in closing. At least this is what I was told 4 years ago 
