When doing over already completed quests can they drop crystals again? Or only on newly mastered quests?
You can VERY VERY RARELY get crystals from random questing (like how nobs drop). I've done THOUSANDS of quests and I MIGHT have gotten ONE random crystal drop once when I was new. Usually you obly hey them at milestones for quest completes.
