For example: a T3L3 costs 1.33b to build from scratch so you get 266m back (20% of 1.33b)

 

Yes. ProPak bonuses stack.
If you buy one propak with a 5% attack bonus and another with a 10% attack bonus you will get a 15% bonus total

It was originally open secret farm back in the day. But no one really calls it that any more. Everyone calls it open spy farm (which makes more sence)
