Also, what wc is useful for - such as chatting, finding vollies, finding a clan, advertising, torturing overworked moderators, etc.
Re: The KaW Handbook 2nd Edition (to be reviewed by Wulf) 2.) you should discuss the things you cannot do in chat a little- ie, that u can be silenced. 3.) clan chat is moderated by the clan owner. You can be an offensive poophead in cc. Most clans allow you to breech areas of the tou concerning harmful offensive or profane language. So, saying that you have to follow terms of service is a bit of a misnomer.
This extremely helpful handbook is (both Dillybar's original and in it's current 2nd edition form!) one of my top three favorite references in the entire forums due to listing plunder values among other great types of information.
