Think it could have been done better. You don't give full explanation of what the letters mean like HLBC. Simple answer is High Land Build Complete. Or LCBC land complete build complete. Cf also means Cease Fire. I was looking for Troll, not there.

 

Look at the date. Its a long time ago and OP is no longer on that account. You can ask clanmates and other forummers for those defenitions if youre still stuck
