The idea of that was so that they weren't seen as so extreme. Even if you don't use Stalin's reign. How about Lenin's and the Bolsheviks?

 

They weren't either. Communism never reached that point, due to those with power/wealth. Those who didn't want communism would suffer, that's how a change to another system works. Force is necessary, and that isn't the whole thing to communism, just look at how capitalism started. The people left to suffer is unavoidable in most systems

 

Of course no one in the world wants to be equal, the talk about equality isn't so equal
