To answer your Q swab rather than jibber jabber; everybody in my clan have been saying t5 level one replacing a t4l3 has increased both their plunder and their raw stats. Does Feel nooby having 25l1s tho :/
I've noticed, just on plunder from hauntings, t5 lvl 1 plunder increase is very small even after several conversions.. By the time lvl 2 came out I was lvl 1 comp, so I did not get to try ug to lvl 2 and compare against lvl 1, however lvl 2 plunder increase was noticeable each ug.. Seems to me, the answer to your question is going straight to lvl 2 is better for faster plunder increase than all lvl ones before moving on to lvl 2. I have only ug one t5 lvl 3, and while the jump in plunder was slightly more noticeable, I don't think the 175b it takes to get to lvl 3 at once would be faster for plunder increase than doing lvl 3 after lvl 2 comp one by one. Hope that helps, and made sense for that matter.. Am typing while distracted.
Nice and simple No headache answer is ... All to level 1 T5 then 2 and then 3. Slight examation Is... It Is possible there will be slight decreases through some people's transition but will level out once all buildings are at the same level. This is like the t3 to t4 question posed at its release and the same problem of t4 to t5 ratio occurs but overall a t5 provides both more stats and plunder. Tyr
Swab, I upgraded everything to T5L1 1st, then to T5L2 just two hours ago I BC'd at All Highlands T5L2 There is a market increase in payout. I make roughly 835m per full unload on The Haunting My Alt with 15T5L1, makes 735m per full unload, but then again he's mostly attack building whereas I'm mostly spy built up.
Ah. You might consider a combination of TG n Colony for higher plunder. You can stop using pots if you have good stats allies up to 200b in allies. One Colony contributes 300k plunder n One TG gives roughly 400k in plunder. There isn't much difference in plunder between T5L1 (827b for the Haunting) and T5L2 (835b for the Haunting
I did all my t4 to t5 solely to take advantage of the old cash in price. The difference between a t5l1 and t4l3 is not that big otherwise - today I'd convert one at a time from t4 to t5l1 and then to t5l2 and then do the next. Once they're all t5l2 start on l3. The only exception id make to that is if you're attack, say, and want to max your spy stats before pumping a/d up. (and vis a versa for hansel, although having a t5 attack is stupid IMO since you'll never want to tear it down for osf)
I think just upgrading one level at a time increases your plunder. That's what's happened/happening for me
So, I think Swabia is going to get a lot of feedback like "I upgraded all to T5L1 first", because of the phased rollout. Swabia's question is going to be spending $75B on 3 T5L1 vs 1 T5L2. You'll have to compare the plunder increase of 3 T5L1 replacing 3 T4L3 against the plunder increase of 1 T5L2 replacing 1 T4L3. I know +Δstats ≠ +Δplunder. Stats wise: 3 T4L3->T5L1 gives +57k BTA for $67B 1 T4L3->T5L2 gives +123k BTA for $72B. I like Malestone's feedback and have since 'long ago", but it isn't the answer to Swabia's question. The key difference between T3L3->T4L1 is that T4L3->T5L1 does not decrease your pay. So it isn't a matter of making plunder worse vs better. With T5 it's better and mo' better. I doubt that saving up for T5L3 is better. My guess is T5L2 direct from T4L3 is the way to go.
Thanks stoneford. That was my assumption. It supports what players are saying here too. They say both going to the l1 and l2 are increases. Unlike the t3l3 to t4l1 which was practically no change.
I don't have hard numbers (no one does), but my impression is that the plunder increases roughly correspond to the cost of the buildings, so that there is no 'best' strategy to uging T5. So my impression is that lvl1 plunder increase is roughly half that of lvl2, which is in turn roughly half that of lvl3. If this is right, the build strategy is roughly a trade off between increasing stats faster by doing buildings one by one, and building even across the board for faster jumps in plunder since you can jump plunder every 25b instead of 50 or 100b
this has probably already been answered, but should I complete highlands with t4 lvl 3 before starting the t5 conversion? or at a certain land should I stop buying t4 and switch to building t5 lvl 1? thanks for anyone that answers
