And these guys at ATA are smoking pipes and haven't a clue that the event items stopped dropping an hour earlier than the event closure. Now I'm stuck because of their mistake. And none of their forums guys have acknowledged yet that they made a mistake. I bloody hell want compensation for this.

Re: Sun Lord and Green Lady Devs said in the Resolved PvP Drops topic that, "We're also going to be refunding any purchases of Bheanna's Harp from 10:00AM - 12:00PM PST." If you bought a harp in that time span, you should have been refunded, or will be refunded if you haven't yet. If you haven't, then I'd use feedback and/or contact support. EDIT: Also, they boosted everyone a tier of rewards. Isn't that compensation?
