Inflation is different now. Getting stripped 10T on 2009 was massive, the equivalent of a couple of Q. It would be to hard to judge. If of all time there would be strips at 2009-2010 that would be up there now if the inflation didn't happen. Unfair to those who tried so hard and don't recognition for it.
You're a mid size player, in KaW's biggest alliance, whipping on a dead horse that had its LB flee from it. Not really the best scenario for getting pinned. And you could always just start whacking someone. Hire hit someone with a "allies not for sale" banner. Hit a banterer on WC. I'm sure you get get in trouble if you try.
I think it should be at the discretion of the clans/parties involved. Some people dont want the kaw world to get a front row seat. Take Tejas' strip for example. Most people still only know a bit about who, why, and how the funds were accumulated. Even a known involved clan isnt blasting it out to the community. The idea does sound entertaining, but if you arent involved then you dont get an invitation to the show. You get to hear about it when the news travels your direction.
NO support.. People would start farming those losers knowing that they cant win... Plus, social workers like wendy who helps everyone so much during PvP would kill it in that leaderboard
Maybe things have changed, but from what I remember, a strip involved steals only, as it wouldn't put the player onto DTW. If a strip became public knowledge and everyone was able to hop on, how long would it be before someone flubbed the whole strip?
Yafi -imf- strip of 10s of trillions was big because it was pre hte/promo era....also started the decline of "legit" game play introducing drop volleying gold from other accounts and other less than fair practices now woven into this game

Strips could be inflation sensitive. Deathmonkey, trueplayer, teja, -ok-, all got big strips. I wonder if their values were about equal or if there was one who really got hosed. The commentary about people getting it hard in 2009 / 2010 and being of similar actions against them years later might be interesting numbers to look at. I don't think you'd hit the number of steal that hit Trueplayer ever again. That was a coordinated effort across several dozen clans and all players could hit a LB player at the time regardless of their size. So a spy with 0/0/500/500 still took x% per successful steal as a BC lowlands (all we had) hansel with full allies. If you could steal you burned their cash.
I'd imagine that it would only be added onto the "leaderboard" once the strip is complete. But that forms a new question, how will the "system" know when the strip is/isn't complete?
Lol. I think ATA was like "hey! We should add a pvp player to the mix of candidates!" And then the greatest troll in the history of kaw, moose, said "how about Swabia! He's super active and respected in the community" And then moose laughed and laughed maniacally. Especially when ATA decided they didn't know any better since they play Smash and pimd and would accept a long time player's suggestion as legitimate. That's just my guess. I think everyone in kaw that matters or cares knows the biggest strips in history. I will say- it would be cool to have someone do a history of kaw like corinthian's old thread except in an, um, easier to read format. Just listing off important events in kaw history. Wars, strips, even the advent of the eb.
