If you want to, you might type up and post prolouges for each of them. Then we can tell you which one we like while actually getting a specific idea as to how the story will sound.
Ok The map maker- Prologue I sat at my fathers bedside. My long brown hair dangled on one side of my face. Only a dim flickering candle desperately trying to illuminate a room. My fathers breathing was slow and painful. Every time he took a breath I felt myself cringe. Mother had died the same way. Was I now to lose them both? My fathers hand touched my own. His eyes opened. Dark blue eyes. Like my own. Every other feature i had was my mothers. "Be...safe...i've...seen...the future...don't....give...in...." My father died at that moment.
(No title atm, the 3rd option) Chapter 1shortened version) My feet are flat on the ground of my brightly lit grade 10 classroom. My hands doodling out of boredom. English Class at Regency Hills Private Girls school. The most boring class in the world. Ok fine. I'm lying. English is fun.... When we're not doing mythology, legends, tales, blah blah blah. Looking up, my teacher Mr.Devens doesn't notice that no one is paying attention, except that girl Veronica. She's stuck up and a teachers pet. I sit in the middle of the class, on the far left. Pulling out my cell phone I check my texts. I have one from my friend Casey who's in History class right now. Casey and I have been friends since daycare. I've made other friends but the two of us are inseparable. Her text: Hey! Did you get an invite to Elaine's party? I groan inwardly. Elaine is the most popular girl in school. She's worser than Veronica. Elaine is proud, smart, gossip loving and makes you feel ugly compared to her. All you need to do is stand next to her, And to top it all off, her dad is a rich business tycoon. She more or less invited the whole 10th-12th grades to her birthday party at her mansion and the whole 10th grade to spend a 3 week "after-party" at a private island. Apparently, she promised to invite plenty of boys..... A bit longer since i had more time. @Keir i will be continuing Atlantric: Unknown. I won't start a new story until i get to the end or near the end of Atlantric. I can't write two stories at once.
Ok, i decided to do the third idea. (sorry lady) but after i started to write chapter 1 the whole thing started to come together.(the beginning part anyway.) Only problem is i still don't' have a name...
well, the third idea will be an full length story so there will be signups but i won't make a thread for it yet.(too early) i think i'll make the first idea into a short story, Since i have to take a break from writing Atlantric(i don't have my ipod and i want to keep all chapters of it on my ipod for reference.)
