In in 3 minds about this one. First though you need to stop using abbreviated words like "u" it makes reading confusing. It's a good idea, but it need a lot of tweaking as already said easily abusable, e.g the sword, probably the most annoying equip to get, somebody has an alt they don't use often that has one, gives it to a friend by just letting the friend farm him in war, its like planting an OSF to guarantee victory from pin. Also there should be only one offer allowed at a time to avoid spam and annoyance. Also have a certain period of time waiting for next 1v1. Though the general concept could be fun and good somehow it needs to be less abusable and more difficult than that.
I think this is brilliant. Except you'd need to be fully 'itemmed' to steal items from a guy (lady) who has less items. So then the item rich can stomp the item poor. Genius. Or ATA can make a new 'battles won' thing you can buy in real money, to beat people with higher stats. Like nob points or crystals- only more expensive. That's genius, too. Soooo much win
People are just pussies that were never here back when getting hit and losing everything was expected. Get out of your epic battle and hit someone instead of bitching at this good idea.

Hmmm, okay, you've sold me. But why stop there? If you hit someone hard enough, how about you get to steal their nob points/ crystals/ inferno and aqua/ achievement badges... and destroy their buildings, too? Hit them REALLY hard they have to come around once a week to wash your car.... Yep, this has more win than a box full of Charlie Sheens.
You would have to work pretty damn hard to do that, though scratch the achievement stealing until the devs come out with the achievement bonuses that they promised us so long ago.
