Uggh why become hybrid when you can get hansel mechanics with the same stats?

 

Thumb rule : go for cheapest upgrade. If Land is cheaper then your next building (full level 3) then go for land. If you can buy Forge , Sub , Guild ,Sos or any T5 building and upgrade it to full in cheaper then your next land then only buy building else go for Land making smaller buildings. Always upgrade 1 building to max before buying other Level 1 building or land
