I'm not defending what the man did. I'm defending what happened to the man. An illegal choking maneuver was used. He died from that. Had it not been used, he'd be alive. At the least, he should have been indicted for that. The ball was dropped here.
Most police are trained to use non lethal force arrest methods such as a choke hold which is what's trained in my city. It only worked if the person is same height as the officer properly otherwise it will choke a bit. The guy was taller than the officer. As I said before if you can speak you can breath. How many hanging victims scream after being hung? None because they can't speak with true choke. Here something we can try, stop breaking the law and resisting it. All day I sit and see police killing someone who was breaking the law such as shooting someone then complaints about it. Well I want to start a complaint. Why do people shoot police officers? Where's the justice! If police need cameras for carrying a gun the gun owners need cameras for carrying a gun. I don't know. Maybe citizens are above the law now a days. Why do police use guns in situations where it might not be needed? Why do people die if not necessary always? Because the officers see the taps, they go to their friends funerals who had their head shot off at a routine traffic stop. They see the daily shootings and killings of officers all over the country. But yet that's acceptable? Its just their job? Police may work 40 years and see death daily. So next time you ask why was a man killed when reaching for something like even a wallet that mat be metal or a USB shaped gun,ask yourself this, What would you do? Would you shoot or would you risk finding out if its real or fake?
The media is BS thats why i try to form my own opinions and not have main stream media crap their propaganda (so they make money) down my throat. For example the case where the cop ran over that man. I 100% support than cops actions but the media tries to portray it as police brutality.
Search the Kyle Dinkheller shooting video. It's used to train officers on force continuum. That officer failed at every level of the force continuum and it resulted in his death. When you do not comply with a police officer they are trained to go to force immediately because no one wants to end of like Dinkheller
U r a wise man n think for yourself We may not always be correct but at least we use our own common sense.
Yes i would probably shoot the arm hes reaching with. I would not shoot to kill! Its unnecessary to shoot to kill. They are trained to aim riggt? So why not shoot the arm, or the leg?? 99X out of 100 a person will go into shock and lay the **** down! So dont come here and try to justify the cowards behind the badge!
In a moment of panic, it is human nature to eliminate the threat as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can't aim very well when you're in the middle of New York with people crouded left and right, fist fighting with someone of the sidewalk (I don't know the setting of the shooting). Long story short, adrenaline makes things difficult.
Theyre suppose to be drained to control emotions, feelings and point of view. They are the more rational individual in that moment! So if they allow adrenaline and emotions to take over maybe they need more training, or maybe they're not fit to be a pig!
I don't panic but many do. A person in control n highly trained reacts accordingly. That said circumstances can sway the moment n ppl r fallible.
You obviously haven't been thru plenty of situations were adrenaline and mind control was needed. And with that said, goodbye.
