  1. Also w ferguson what most people didnt c bc the media hid it was the photos of the black guy posing with cash drugs and handguns. Yep he was such a little angel

  2. Ah I love hearing people talk about Ferguson! As if we still don't hear about it on the news in St. Louis enough. Yes Protesting is fair, yes cops can shoot people. Long and short is, people in Ferguson participated in Civil Disobedience. In theory that means breaking the law AND being fine with the consequences.

However, when the people in Ferguson decided to ignore the consequences, and when the media twists the truth into a story, well that's what drives events such as this into the crisis it became.

  3. Out of everything that's I read this bpothers me. He didn't have a gun or knife. He only just attacked him and tried to reach for his gun. I guess if someone punches a cop to try for his gun its not ok to shoot him? Along for the point of the ICantBreath campaign I do not know if you know this or not but When you can't breath you are unable to speak because your wind pipe is cut off. When emergency people are trained for chocking the first question is can you breath? If they speak then they are breathing. I'm not taking sides here, just stating a fact. If I'm wrong feel free to let me know.

  4. definately not ok to protest ya know (wink) that way we never have to talk about all the racism and police discrimination against black people and stuff (giggle) we prolly wouldnt be talkin bout it now (smooch)

  5. Do cops kill white people? Based on the number of news stories about cops of any color killing white folks I'd have to say no they don't.

  6. If people get shot they get shot oh well

  7. I don't want Johnny Law shooting me (/)_•)

Of course I don't give them a reason to

  8. Eric Gardner aka Icantbreath didn't die from being choked. He had heart failure. When you are of poor cardiovascular health it might be a bad idea to resist arrest. The excitement could kill you.

The main problem is the media only tells the story in such a way that promotes their own political agenda.

  9. Us Canadians r peace luvin folk..........
We riot when we lose the Stanley cup.
Y'all can shoot each other over nothin.
    Cultural differences pointed out.
May your aim be true n u live.

  11. That photo wasn't him. It was used to try and tarnish his reputation.

  12. There are too many "internet lawyers."

If you really want to understand what amount of force is justified then Google search "Law Enforcements Force Continuum." If you read this and try to understand it, then it's possible that you will understand why some of these officers are not charged criminally for use of deadly force.

Fearing for your life is NOT enough for use of deadly force to be justified. You have to articulate the totality of the circumstances in order to be justified. You are justified in meeting deadly force with deadly force.

  13. He dies from compression on the neck. His other problems only added. He died from being choked

  14. False he did not die from being choked. He died from heart failure. When you die from choking you die right there. He died later in the ambulance

  15. Had he not been choked, he would not have died.

  16. News flash....

US not #1 obese nation anymore #2.
If chokin won't kill u food will.

    This is a public announcement

    Whats that hon?
Oh cheeseburger n fries n a diet coke.
    Ty

  17. Read the force continuum. The officer was justified to use force.

How do you know the choke killed him? He died of heart failure. Your facts are incorrect. Maybe it was all the excitement. This is why the liberal media is so irresponsible, spread false narratives

If he was killed unlawfully then why was the officer exonerated?

  18. What caused the heart failure? The illegal choking.

"Eric Garner, the Staten Island dad who complained that he couldn’t breathe as he was subdued by cops, died from compression of the neck, the medical examiner said Friday.

The autopsy also found that compressions to the chest and “prone positioning during physical restraint by police” killed Garner. The manner of death, according to the medical examiner, was homicide."

  19. Had the man not been chocked, his heart would not have failed. The ultimate cause of death was unrelenting force. Justified it may have been, the point still stands.

  20. There u have it..Coroners Report.
