Seriously, BRING BACK 11 man war rosters!!

  1. All wars should be 15 man roster. More targets to manage than an 11 man roster, but not so big that most clans resort to scrambling for people to build a roster and taking in friends of friends or randoms from wc. 15 man roster has the best of both worlds and is small enough that clans will be able to keep a core crew together more easily.
