Season 5: Pawns of the Otherworlds (Reward Suggestions)

  1. Way to high 9 trill just for warring. no way too much. Warring is the original game if you want to do it you have to pay I agree maybe some Bb but not 9 Tril worth
     
  2. You sir probably don't understand. These reward ideas are amazing.

    EE and OSW are the closest thing you'll get to how the game is actually supposed to be played. Osw more or less. The only diff is that osw is off system and those who osw want the DEVS to not step in. So, Ee is rewarded by the Devs. While I do say that osw deserves these rewards more than a 4 week Ee war season, I do think we could use these.


    It makes up for pots bought. Possibly allies stripped in war. Not growing for 4 weeks.

    Plus, with s5 being really pure luck, why not throw out the big rewards. This time the big players and money spenders can't really hog the top 10. It's a fair chance to all who participate. For the most part.

    So, since this is based on luck, why not throw out big rewards? It's well worth it. Plus, more people will Ee war and maybe even change build to an actual war build. Which is always a plus.

  4. Again, your time spent doing EE isn't making a difference to the 'cash flow'. If anything- it's hurting it.

  6. Maybe even add more short weekend tourneys say every 2-3 mths.

    Rewards r increasing older mith EQ levels.
    Eg Level 10 Glaive can ug to 11 or 12
    Higher the success higher the bump max 2.
    1-2 EQ bumps of 1 or 2 levels upon clans rank at Tourneys conclusion.
    Other rewards r BB n PvP spells
     
  7. I can make a good case for how it's gonna hurt EE too. Let's see - lotsa freeloaders/ moochers. People holding back their growth is bad for business

  12. Let's be honest here. Indi is about finding the "sweet spot" as I have learned. I learned this during s4. It was my first season. I thought growing would be good. Boy was I wrong. I kept losing in Indi wars. I grew s little, stayed there for a week, won almost all of the ones I casted for. Then grew a little more, starting a losing streak again, grew a bit more, and I started winning a lot of my indi's again. I didn't grow from that point till after s4. As soon as it grew a bit more, I started losing horribly.

    This might only be me, idk. But what I do know is, people don't grow during season. They try to fit in every war they can possibly do. Like, I've already figured out I can do 76 wars for s5 if Rl doesn't get in the way.

    Do you honestly think I'll have enough time to grow? I have school starting Wednesday next week with after school band practices for 2 hours Monday's and Thursday's. Not to mention the college course im taking. So, that'll be lots of studying.

    Heck, it's not just me. I'm sure everyone will be trying to get in that 1 extra war. Because we all know that 1 war could potentially be the different between moving up a tier. So, yes, there will be some time for growth, but not much.


    And let's get serious, freeloaders and moochers? We already have that. And as soon as season starts it'll just get worse. But I don't care about the cons.

    I just want to have fun. One of the things I always say in ḉc before a war is

    "Remember Guys, it's not about winning or losing, it's about fighting as a team and having fun,"

    And I think many will agree. Let's not focus on the cons, but on the pros.

    If you base everything on cons, you won't have any enjoyment on this game.
     
  13. I like suggestion 1 or 3 with the possible equip drops randomly. 4 weeks is a lot of time spent on kaw to do well in this event. Some sort of compensation other than 1 item and a badge would be way better. Give back to the community and increase morale devs.

  18. Support! We need reimbursing for the money we will loose in pots and from banking what little we make in bronze bars.

    Just adding the maths for all the people who don't believe we need such a large amount of bronze bars:

    A full potted Attack costs: 69,940,000
    A full potted Defence costs: 22,235,000
    A full potted Spy Attack costs: 76,635,000
    A full potted Spy Defence costs: 23,908,750

    So in each war I would on average do
    45 Attacks
    20 Defences
    100 Spy Attacks
    35 Spy defences

    So the cost per war is:
    69,940,000 x 45 = 3,147,300,000
    22,235,000 x 20 = 444,700,000
    76,635,000 x 100 = 7,663,500,000
    23,908,750 x 35 = 836,806,250
    Total = 12,092,306,250

    Then to get in to the top 10 you would need to participate in every war. So 4 wars a day:
    12,092,306,250 x 4 = 48,369,225,000

    And then 28 days in the season:
    48,369,225,000 x 28 = 1,354,338,300,000

    You also have to remember that's just pots it doesn't account for the amount lost due to buying bronze bars to bank money and the cost of towering up to be effective in war. I believe about 1.5-2trill should be a reasonable top reward.
