Jermau, same thing happened to me a few wars back. It was during the start of war for me.

 

For anyone who thinks I was just lagging, that wasn't the case. I had not enough troops to attack and also was dtw to opponent attacks. Then, I couldn't sko by using my spies or be scouted to ko, I was eventually koed by an assassination after my opponents and I had all been trying to ko me for a while.
