Scroll Drop Rates Increased

Its not really about the scroll from pvp. Its more about all the things the devs have said theyre going to do yet have either failed to do or failed to keep the comunity informed of.

It would only take a few moments to make a progress report in forums every other week or so. It would keep a lot of folks happy and takes very little effort on the devs part

Throw the excess into a wishing well and make a wish 

 

doing ss but not many scrolls seem to be dropping at all. Is there some way to really increase the scroll rate as it's not working for me.
