S6 Matchup Tracking I'm finding it very interesting to observe Season 6. First the announcement of LL only, the petition thread, the continued LL only format and reward tiers are all very fascinating to me. Since I'm choosing not to participate (#S5helmet4lyfe), I figured I'd take on a small project. Below is a list of the number of matchups in each war, as well as the Top 10 / Top 100 medallion counts at the start of each event. I am curious how this changes over time. Will we see more clans made? Will the # of matches fall? How long can the war LB keep up the same activity rate? The data is presented in the following format: (War # / # of matches / Top 10 medallion count / Top 100 medallion count) A couple key takeaways so far... 1. Remember each match represents 30 players. So with ~10 matches each war, there are ~300 people involved, half of which lose. 2. Through war 6, the top six players have 11 medallions. This means they've participated in and won all six wars so far + received 5 points from the rollover spell. So they've either been matched up or in a war for 12 of the last 26 hrs. Holy smokes. I think it's interesting that through the first five days and weekend, the top 100 players haven't gotten to 15 medallions for the lesser casque / badge.
