  1. Friendly?? I was in RPL for 2 years. Never got more than a hi. I made conversation even helped a few out. Still, nothing more than a hi. A highly clustered group who don't really make any new players feel welcomed(seen it first hand), but if asked and someone is really kind enough to respond it is usually good advice. But rarely.
