I woke up to a smiling Sapphire, who ran over and hugged me. I was confused, but I also saw Jewel, Revnok, and Reclik. Jewel waved, mouthing the words "Thank you." I saw a new girl amongst our band. Sapphire said, "Her name is Ava. She's Revnok's girlfriend. And now one of us." I waved, and she waved back. They let me get up, and I could barely walk. Sapphire supported me, while everyone looked at me. I felt like I was walking with broken legs without a cast or crutches. My face was already covered in sweat, and I collapsed. "Sapphire, I said, take me to Headmaster." She nodded, but her eyes were filled with worry. I groaned, but kept walking. I got to Headmaster's office, and everyone left. Headmaster examined me, then cast a healing spell. I felt better. "Now we shall continue with the first realm of Magic, which is appropriate with your situation. The realm of Healing Magic." I practiced for hours on myself, getting it right so many times, I fully healed myself. Headmaster said, "Free time with you." I nodded, then left. I walked back to my room, and fell asleep.
My dream was te vision I had the other day. Tendrils popping out of the ground and snaking toward Crevlok. I heard people start to scream, and my dream faded to red, then black. I woke up, Headmaster sitting on the bunk next to me. He motioned toward his office. I walked with him. He closed the door. "Now we shall begin in the second realm of Magic: Sorcery." he said. He showed me how, and after a couple of tries, I was able to meld my aura into full protective armor and scepter and sword, leather belt hanging. I unsheathed the sword. I realized I had pictured Garhim when I made the things. I melded them back into uniform, but the Headmaster said, "Don't worry about uniform. I want you to practice." So I changed into regular clothes, by melding my aura. I grinned, then made a leather belt, with Garhim and my scepter attached. Headmaster nodded approvingly, then I walked out. I reached out to Sapphire's mind, and said, "Where are you guys?" She replied, "At lunch." She sounded like she was dreaming. So I walked down the stairs, gargoyles giving me the creeps. I opened the door, and found someone else flirting with Sapphire. Her pupils looked like hearts, so when she saw me, she and the others saw me marching out, anger making my hair have static for a second. I walked straight out of the Hall, out of the school, then went for my favorite shady tree. A tear trickled down my face. The image replayed itself over and over again in my mind. I listened to them coming out to get me, but instead made a break, running away from them. I curved around, jumped over their heads, they not seeing my tears, and I ran straight back to my room, not looking back for a moment, locking the door. I fell asleep, and when I woke up, there were some wet spots. Teardrop shaped. I realized those were my tears. I heard someone yelling, Sapphire, I think, to tell me to come out. I ignored her, knowing and thinking she wanted to dump me and show him her new boyfriend. I opened the door, walked straight past her and the other kid, and went straight to Headmaster's study, locking the door behind me. "I'm ready." I announced. "Ok, said Headmaster, the third realm of Magic is teleportation." He had me teleport across the room, back and forth, both of us unaware of the pounding on the door. "Free time" said Headmaster. I nodded, the teleported to my room.
I teleported outside, and saw Revnok and his girlfriend studying. Studying the Magic of kissing, it looked like. They were kissing, me smiling, remembering of Sapphire, then the image came back. I saw them, waved at Revnok, then went to the Great Hall. I saw Sapphire looking at her boyfriend, then seeing me, and she got up. I was painfully aware of the tears on my face. I knew it was mean and selfish, but just as she reached me, I teleported out of that room in a poof. I only teleported right outside the doors, and Sapphire guessed. She walked out, dagger in her hand, pointing it straight at me. I heard her boyfriend behind her, and I just sat on the ground, knowing Sapphire would throw the knife and no one would ever know I was gone.
No, you didn't. You let it fester inside you, leading you to think of more childish "insults" to "offend" the "troll". I'm expecting more bickering from you, don't dissappointment me.
I sat there, waiting for it to happen. But when I looked up, they were gone. And I wasn't in the same place. I was lying on my bed, with the gang gathered around me, minus Sapphire. They told me what happened. "Sapphire threw a knife, but barely missed, leaving a long and deep scratch on your leg. We found you, and carried you back here. Its been about 1 day, and 7 hours. We were starting to get worried." I cast a Healing spell, and the cut healed itself. There was a scar, but jeans would cover that up. "Now, I said, time for me to head back to lessons." They protested and protested, but I ignored them. I walked past, and made my way down to Wizarding History. I sat down, with Sapphire next to me. Ugh, I thought, the last seat, and it's by Sapphire. I payed attention, or tried to, while I was catching looks from Sapphire. I told my magic to read her mind. When it came back, it told me she had anger and a bit of sorrow coursing through her head. At me. After the lesson, I went to the Great Hall, and sat down to eat with the Band. We had already declared Sapphire out of it. Except, when we looked up, Headmaster was coming toward us. He motioned for all of us, including Sapphire.
He told us, "Something urgent has came up. Apparently, there have been attacks on people, and fires are seen through the night." "What's that got to do with us?" said Reclik and Revnok. "The Warrior Police think that with you guys, the best students at our school, would be able to track and eliminate the hostiles." "So, I said, we have to go into Crevlok Forest, travel through Rushing River, pass the meadow, and get to them?" "That sums it up." Said Headmaster. "You have 1 hour, then we will be - ahem, you guys, will be leaving." "Ok." I replied. We all left, me teleporting. I put on my hunting gear, knife strapped to my thigh, with Garhim and my scepter on my camo belt. I put on my green backpack, filled with supplies, and met my friends in the Great Hall. I explained to them I would use my Personal Power to communicate with them, because silence was the key to this door. We went out, the cover of night keeping us hidden. They followed me, and we crossed through the city, and reached the edge of Crevlok, about to cross right into the forest. We walked in, and walked through bushes and brambles, all the while keeping silent.
