Suggestion - temporary ban from hitting eb for clan members who use items at incorrect times, possible short time limit for this ban and can be over ridden.

Here's my problem what if a person abuses the power? then a lot of players will start leaving that clan because they are being mistreated... Or maybe being treated right but doesn't like being silenced! And this can cause a lot of problems like disbanding of clans that have been together for a long time. I like the idea but stronger believe it to be TOO MUCH!!! I see a ton of clans disbanding from this issue

Haven't heard what was going to happen with this idea, but it's great. Would love to see it implemented down the road.
