[RESOLVED] Preview Box Rewards

It was outlined clearly in the event thread. Look:



It was clarified in the comments and in other threads.

Everybody knows the event information is all in the thread put out by the devs on the first day of the event.

The preview tab wasn't very clear. But all the information was clearly outlined in the thread. It was a 16 day event, that's more than enough time to read the thread, understand it or clarify your understanding. The preview tab makes more sense when you've read the thread, as I assume majority do when there's a new event.

Also considering the the fact that this event was different to previous, it makes even more sense to read the thread. Or ask friends/clan mates about it. You should also have seen in the thread that you can UG the relic as you get enough dew which should have clued you in on how the levels work.

Devs screwed up handing out the equip but it's up to us to read the event instructions.

 

Do you intend to resolve active ebs that were missed due to premature rewards.

Not a full fix then, so not resolved.

 

is there a reason why I can not upgrade my dew equipment? I have 7 diamondbark chips. Every time I try it, I get a not enough dew to upgrade.

 

Devs have given everyone an extra 24hrs to use dew to UG their equip. You will be able to use your diamond bark chips shortly.

There is a thread in forums explaining this already.

 

I didn't get my preview box reward. Please do something about it.

Haven't received diamond bark pieces to enchant equipment .

 

Still waiting on breastplate

 

I have not recieved a single piece yet.

 

I recieved my health crystals but not the 600 silver bars

 

Mine has not been resolved!?!? You rewarded armor to me from dew and than took it away and no replacement?!? Please Fix

 

To add, you needed to get 34.5k dew to enchant your relic to the chest piece. if you did not do that then you did not earn the chest piece.

 

Mei I have a pic of the devs saying they made a mistake and it would be fixed. But no fixes yet. I was awarded level 10 enchanted armor and it was taken away and yet to be replaced so I'm trying to find out when.

 

It would be best to email the devs for a quicker response.

 

I never received any new equipment..armor..shoulders nada..what a waste. Even if they changed their mind on reward requirements and took my cheat plate still need a reward for time and effort but still no new equipment.

 

I have same issue..no new equipment from event..not sure what they fixed or for who but nothing here

 

I NEVER GOT MY PREVIEW REWARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

How was this fixed? I still got same crap
