Because they have no need to say anything further. To them the case is closed and the OP is self explanatory
Since when has it been on ata if someone disbands their clan? Its been you cant even get the name back for a long while..
Here's a swell idea I haven't seen mentioned yet. Devs should at least make the names of said accidentally disbanded usable again. Perhaps the original creator of the clan owns the name? Or maybe the last person to have held ownership? That way, at least, the clan name can be recovered and no one can copy or "steal" a clan name if this accident does occurs. I do realize the hard work of unlocking is still an issue beyond my suggestion, but it's a start. Players are people too, and I don't know about the ATA office, but where I come from people a fallible.
I think people make silly mistakes and make them often. 21k peolpe have logged on so far today. 21k of other possible issues for the support staff to handle. an accidental clan disband got to be low on the priority list.
Im talking to support - "it seems before this update they were Able to recover clans, new policy says no , because of this thread" interesting why We got rejected before this post was made...
My god you still crying over the clan thinghell you should of already been done with unlocks on a new clan and right where you left off. Spend some energy on that
