Our clan was disbanded on the 13th of december after one of their usual glitches, and the devs post this 3 days after without doing anything????? Thats unjust and shows they don't care. They are up to their necks in lie with a measly post that has an underlying meaning of "so our game glitches and you disband without the disband warning fail safe popping up, tough luck we wont do anything." BS DEVS BS YOU CAN RESTORE CLANS!!!!! YOU JUST CHOOSE NOT TOO!!!!
This is a great feature.... It also proves one thing. This CAN be implemented and that being said why not put in the confirm ally purchase button thats more universally been asked for. Both will prevent that accidental oops you know everyone done at least once. Only difference is that this fix affects up to 100 people at once due to silly clan owners, whereas the confirm ally just affects the individuals who screw up.
It's the principal of the matter, sure it only cost 25b but not everyone is from a big clan where things can be easily unlocked. A lot of real money was put into the growth of the clan that was disband and you can't get that back.
And not everyone wants to start from scratch. Some hold their clan in sentiments our clan doesnt want to start from scratch. They can rectify it, they just choose not too.
KaW Community can you address the glitch that caused someone's clan to disband? How is it acceptable to have someone's clan disband due to a problem in this game? Or is that just being swept under the rug?
Ithink we should share all E-mail exchanges between all and email exchanges between other clan and Oh I don't know the same 3 that always answer emails and just sad hare all. Let ppl see in one of our emails we were given fake, false hope saying we would probably get our clan back Monday then bazamm liessssss they then decided to say well I learned this morning the rules have changed Oh is that so? Pffft bottom line u have chosen not to reinstate our clan period but boy in their email to other clan well it only took about 4 emails from just one to get it back pffft go figure
Its truth i've gotten e-mails with false hope of my our clan restored monday and they turn around with this and say they can't? Bs. And agreed on the e-mail exchanges.
I want to know when this so called button went into effect cuz make no mistake it absolutely wasn't in effect on Dec.13th period they're lying! I also feel a investigation should be done I feel we all want to know the day new rule went into effect! Again it wasn't in effect on Dec.13th period!
There was a time when you guys did recoveries? Well I remember the system glitched and it was my fault despite giving owner to an alt and when I left on my main it disbanded.
That message didn't pop up on Dec 13th they're lying when it went into effect or they know I'm telling the truth about they're was a glitch cuz it never showed up so they just don't want to give it back. I will look into when the other clan disbanded and post date here!
It happens often. The clan Solve got.disbanded after solve whent to the bar and his friend fiddoed with hs phone
Lazy devs. Confirmation windows are not a legitimate excuse to ignore support requests for clan disband issues/errors/glitches. Lazy support, as well.
Seriously? Devs introduce a very practical prevention mechanism.for a problem most wouldnt even be aware of...but obviously is a waste of devs time, in doing so free up support time for other issues...and you have a swing at devs? Really? I for one commemd the devs. Bravo.
