I emailed just last night MFR, they told me that I am special and do not get to appeal my silence with the same copy and pasted response I got a year ago when I first tried to contest it.

Now others have been perm silenced more times than I have but seem to be able to talk, so my question is why aren't the same rules enforced equally on this matter?
